Delivery Policy


After placing the order on you will receive an automatic order confirmation email with payment instructions.

When payment is received, we usually ship during 1-2 business days. Please give us some more time if the order was made during or just before the weekend or holiday.

Fast shipping at a reasonable price is our top priority!

All orders shipping is from EU warehouse. All orders are packed with care and caution, so we can guarantee that our products will be delivered to you without damage.

In case you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us at [email protected]. If the order has not been shipped yet, we can make all the necessary changes for you.


Delivery of the products takes place by courier or postal mail at the address indicated by the customer during the order submission.

Delivery price will be indicated at the time of placing the order (delivery price is set by the postal service, we do not charge extra for delivery).

Price and terms of delivery depend on the destination country. Delivery terms also depend on the postal service of your country.

Please note that once your order has shipped from our warehouse, we have no control over any type of delays, so we are unable to guarantee the exact time of arrival. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

Delivery prices and real delivery terms are below:

For EU countries price is 15 Eur (estimated delivery time is 7-14 days)

For outside EU countries price is 20 Eur (estimated delivery time is 14-21 days)


Each customer will receive shipping confirmation email with tracking number (this number allows you to monitor the delivery of your order).

Remember it’s up to you to track your parcel, the company cannot be held liable for this.


To start trusting us and avoid unwanted returns, we recommend you make a small order first to see if you’re happy with our products and services.

For our part, we guarantee you premium quality of products and are confident that you will be satisfied and become our regular customer!

We are informing you that each order is photographed before shipping. This helps us avoid false complaints and claims in the future.

In case if your package has a wrong, damaged or missing product, please contact us at [email protected]

  • If your package has a wrong product, please contact us immediately. We will verify and resolve the issue.
  • If your product is damaged, please contact us immediately. You will be asked to provide photographic evidence of the occurred damage (please provide detailed pictures of the parcel with clearly visible receiver details and detailed pictures of damaged products).
  • If there is anything missing from your order, please contact us immediately. We will verify and re-ship the missing product(s) free of charge.

Please note: shall not be responsible for orders lost or stolen during shipping and we do not offer re-shipping or refund in these cases. In case your package is lost by the postal service we will do our best to help you find it.

If the order is not delivered within 45 days of the dispatch date, please send us an email with tracking number we will contact the postal service and try to resolve the issue.

  • We never encountered seizures in EU but if that happens, please contact us, we will verify and re-ship free of charge.
  • We don’t re-ship and refund orders seized by customs of countries outside the EU. We are informing you that delivery to outside EU countries is entirely at your own risk and responsibility.

Before ordering from please find out are research products lawful for importation into your country (this will lower the chances of your order to be seized or confiscated at international customs).

When the products have left our warehouse, we are not liable for any customs hold up. Most countries will have no problems, but we post this disclaimer in case there are potential issues with the customs department of your country.

If you provide us an incorrect shipping address, we also don’t offer re-shipment and refunds.

Please note that delivery to “Post Office” addresses is at your own risk and responsibility.
